This Privacy Policy explains how Skunky Brew LLC ("Skunky Brew," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit skunkybrew.com (the "Site") or join our founders list. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Skunky Brew is a small-batch canned tea brand from the Dam Rodents universe, based in Georgia, United States. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at bruce@skunkybrew.com.
Information you give us. When you join the founders list, we collect your email address, and any other details you choose to provide (such as a name or your flavor vote). If you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location (derived from IP address), pages viewed, and referring site. This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the Site.
What we do not collect. We do not currently sell products directly through the Site, and we do not collect payment card numbers or financial account information. If and when we begin selling, payment information will be handled by a third-party payment processor and will be governed by that processor's terms and privacy policy.
We send founders-list emails through our email service provider, MailerLite. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email bruce@skunkybrew.com to be removed. We honor opt-outs as required by applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, and tools such as Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, to understand traffic and improve performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

We keep your information for as long as your founders-list membership is active or as needed to provide you with updates, and afterward only as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Skunky Brew is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
